Executive Director
Eric’s love for other cultures and his desire to make a difference in the developing world began at a young age while traveling with his father on mission trips. Years later he studied in Central America where he saw how education, micro-finance, and small business can provide opportunities to meet the needs of the poor. His passion for young people and his desire to provide opportunity to orphan teens led him to come on as Executive Director for ELI.
Chairman
Bill's background in Operations has helped many organizations and businesses expand their impact and reach. His efforts in a fundraising campaign for a Honduran orphanage through a local Rotary Club received national recognition by Rotary International.

Bill is currently the Vice President of a mechanical contracting company in Urbana, IL.
Treasurer
Rhett has a passion for sustainable development. Having completed his BS in Economics, History, and Religious Studies from Vanderbilt University and prior to obtaining his Masters in Accountancy from Owen Graduate School of Management – Vanderbilt University, Rhett moved to Chennai, India with International Justice Mission. Rhett currently works as a CPA for mergers & acquisitions in the healthcare industry.
